[My Spark of Darkness]

Darkness?

Although the dark factor was here, it wasn't as dark and depressing as I would've thought. Although the poem was elegant, the presentation through the flash didn't truly captivate me the way I was hoping it would. Your artwork was very nice as well as your animation and sound. Your storyline could've used a little work, although you did your job with embracing the viewer with darkness and creepiness, you didn't do as much as I believe you could've done.

[And The GameCube Blew]

Potential - Writing,,, No.

I'll admit I thought I was in for a small treat when I decided to watch this flash movie, however I was let down a bit. The artwork was very nice, it reminded me of Another Day. The sound was also nice as well... the only thing I didn't like was the story. From the title I expected the Nintendo Gamecube to blow up, it did, but you didn't make it as entertaining as I was hoping for... in a nutshell, the story wasn't that good. Even if this story is based off of true events you could've spiced it up a bit. One thing I would like to mention is this Wolf character. I would like you to have him reappear later on, I have ideas for him if you would like them. All in all good artwork, animation, and sound, but the story not so much.

All right, I'll admit that it wasn't all that great.
As for the Wolf guy, he is a mouse-drawn, fbf, prototype of me. I certainly would like some ideas though, I'll appreciate you sharing them.
I'm not disappointed that you thought the story was not so great, it's not one of my best Flashes.

Need Advice? Maybe So

First off your artwork, animation, and sound are all very superb. In fact it made this experience quite enjoyable. However the story was confusing, it doesn't make much sense. After seeing Coffee and Chocolate I was expecting this young woman to go completely hyperactive and insane, however all we got was a dead woman with her head down on the counter and bleeding. Not a lot was explained. Though all the cocoa beans were from China, it still doesn't make a lot of sense on how it all added up. Work on your writing or have a writer write for you.

Quite Well Done

For your first flash movie this was done quite well. Your artwork could use a bit of improvement, but is very nice as well. Your animation was quite good to. As for the parody stand point you certainly did that job well. I really hope you continue this further, I want to see you poke more fun at Willy Wonka.

Ah... Political Views

Although your story of Human Beings all being guilty is wrong, the flash and concept was serious, but delivered a funny ending. Your artwork and animation were quite superb as well, plus the sound was down right masterful. Excellent work indeed, I can't wait to see what you'll produce next.

[Yoshi's Flutter Jump Comp]

Very Good

Your sprite work is really nice, as well as the added addition with Mario. It was quite funny and animated very well. However there are two things that bugged me a bit about this, one was the text bubbles, they were hard to read at some points. Number two was the background movement during dialogue. When a text bubble popped up the background would stop moving (I'm referring to the actual hover jumping competition). The ending seemed empty, but it wasn't bad.

[A Bad Day For Yoshi]

Hilarious!

I found this quite hilarious! However the sound was a bit off, but not too badly. Some gags were funny, but not the best jokes, but it made for build up for bust out laughing. It all came together quite well. As for the animation for other parts of the flash like the coins or the bouncy ball, maybe you could've added that as well, but you made up for it with the comedy.

The sound is off due to some glitch where the best remedy is to code to the sounds in. However, then the preloader doesn't work as well.

Do not use Newgrounds to just showcase previews. If it's a Demo Version, it can be understandable, but no previews, it doesn't give us a whole lot. Use the NG Alphas to showcase your previews.

Hmm...

Well your sprite work wasn't that bad, believe me I've seen worse. You put the effort into your sprite work, but the storyline was a bit bland. It's different from other Mario storylines, it didn't try to copy anybody else's... it was your own material, so I respect you for that. Your next work I am really hoping will be something great.

Quite Entertaining

Seven different ways to kill somebody. This certainly was entertaining, the artwork was nice, not professional, but if it were it may have taken away from this flash I believe. The animation ran smoothly and your sound wasn't bad, but when it came to your choice of annoying song I'd have to disagree... you could've actually gotten an annoying song up there like Banana Phone. The text, well you shouldn't have drawn the text yourself... you should've typed the text instead of drawing it. All in all this was quite the enjoyable flash and I can't wait to see what you offer next.
